Happy New Year, Poets and Writers!
As 2023 begins, many of us feel both excitement and pressure as we ponder new goals and strategies for improving various aspects of our lives. We might make a list of ways to improve our health, attitude, relationships, our creative and writing lives, etc. By February or March, we may realize that some of our “resolutions” aren’t realistic, or we’re just not that interested in creating certain changes and habits.
We would like to offer our readers an idea for the New Year that is sustainable, intriguing, healthy, and can nurture our writing lives. It’s simple, too—LEARN SOMETHING NEW.
Give this a try—as 2023 unfolds, consider learning one new thing each week (or once every two weeks).
